Ingredients:

• 30ml oil 

• 1 onion, finely chopped 

• 1 carrot, diced 

• 350g mince 

• 10ml meat spice 

• 100ml tomato pesto 

• 8 whole grain tortillas 

• 2 large avocados, sliced 

• 500ml grated mozzarella cheese

1 You need 15ml of oil. Heat it in a heavy-based pan. At the same time, you fry vegetables until they become glossy. Adding the mince is important so your vegetables can brown. • 750g Mediterranean baby potatoes 

• 1 small butternut, peeled and sliced 

• button mushrooms (250g) 

• 6 plum tomatoes (quartered)

• smoked pork (8 strips)

• olive oil (30ml)

• juice and rind of 2 lemons 

• 1 chopped red chili pepper

• 150ml Bulgarian yogurt 

• 100ml of fresh chopped coriander

• 2 sliced avocados

1 Boil potatoes in salt water until just soft. Then drain, add them to previously prepared butternut, tomatoes, mushrooms, pork. You can place all the ingredients in a roasting tray. Then goes oil, juice, lemon, spices to taste. 

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

2 Beat the chili, coriander, yogurt, lemon juice. Mix them together. Divide the veggies and smoked pork into four portions is separate bowls. As soon as this is done, top them using the avocado slices. To finish the dish, serve it with any favorite yogurt sauce.

Baked Chicken

• 4-6 chicken breasts • 30ml cajun spice 

• 30ml avocado or olive oil 

• 1 onion, chopped 

• 250ml brown rice, sundried tomatoes

• 1 tin mixed beans, drained and rinsed 

• 300g spinach 

• 2 lemon wedges 

• chicken stock (500ml)

• 2 avocados, sliced

1 Roll the chicken accurately in chosen spices. As soon as you finish heating the pan, add the oil. Fry the chicken meat until it becomes golden. After that fry 2-3 small onions. Stir in 2 glasses of rice and fry them. 

2 Dish the fried rice, beans in a roasting pan, add spinach and mix the ingredients. Chicken breasts and lemon wedges must be placed on top. You can season  them with pepper or salt etc. After that, remember to cover it with cooking foil, bake it for around 30-45 minutes. When everything is ready, add avocado slices. This dish can be served immediately.
